I’d been wanting to do this for so long, but I was worried about how it would turn out. Once I opened the box and saw it, I was blown away! It makes me laugh every time I look at it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my pet need to be smiling for this portrait?

Not necessarily. We use your original photo as the foundation. If your pet already has a gentle or smiling expression, the result often matches the style beautifully. If your pet has another expression, the final portrait can still look charming and sometimes even a little humorous in a delightful way.

Does my pet need to face the same direction as the Mona Lisa?

We try to use your original photo as much as possible. If your pet’s head is already slightly turned to the left, the result will closely resemble the classic composition. If your photo is front-facing, our artists may gently adjust the head angle while preserving your pet’s natural features.

Which paper option works best for Masterpiece pet portraits?

Canvas paper is recommended, as it enhances the soft lighting and painterly texture of the artwork, creating a look similar to a real oil painting.

Will the final portrait still resemble my pet closely?

Absolutely. Our artists carefully preserve your pet’s markings, expression, and proportions.

Will I be able to review and request edits for my artwork?

Of course! Your satisfaction is important to us!
You’ll receive a digital proof within 3 business days of placing your order and may request any adjustments. Your artwork will only move forward once you’re happy with the result.

How long does it take to receive my pet portrait?

Your first preview will be ready within 3 business days. You can request free revisions until it’s just right.

If we don’t hear back within 3 days after sending your preview, we’ll move forward with the current design to keep your order on track.

Once approved, we’ll carefully print and prepare your portrait within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days worldwide.

Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks.
